Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Supervisor/Engineer to oversee and execute the interior works of our upcoming project in Nagaur. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven experience in hotel interiors, and the ability to manage contractors, vendors, and timelines to deliver high-quality finishes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior works at the project site.
• Ensure that all interior works (civil finishes, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, etc.) are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of milestones.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site.
• Coordinate with MEP team to ensure services integration within interior works.
• Handle vendor/contractor management, billing verification, and material approvals.
• Report progress, highlight challenges, and suggest solutions to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of proven experience in interior execution for large-scale hospitality / hotel / commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, joinery, and luxury standards.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination related to interiors.
• Strong leadership, site supervision, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
