As a Site Supervisor for EV charging infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site civil works to ensure the successful installation of EV charging stations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Supervising and coordinating all civil works activities on-site, including trenching, cable laying, and foundation works. - Ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. - Collaborating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of the project. - Monitoring daily progress, maintaining site documentation, and conducting quality checks to uphold design and regulatory standards. - Resolving on-site issues promptly and escalating critical matters to the project manager when necessary. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site supervision, with at least 2 years specifically in EV charging infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in civil works associated with electrical installations such as trenching, ducting, and foundation works. - Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations, coupled with the ability to interpret technical drawings and site plans. - Strong communication and leadership skills, along with a willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Additionally, preferred qualifications include prior experience working with Charge Point Operators or EV infrastructure companies, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and coordination with electrical teams.
