Site Supervisor Architect at Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely progress.
• Act as a bridge between the design team and the site execution team to maintain design integrity.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, MEP layouts, and construction details.
• Monitor site progress, highlight discrepancies, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety norms.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the design team.
• Ensure timelines are met without compromising on design quality.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.Arch. from a renowned architectural institute.
• Experience: 6-8years of relevant site coordination experience (exposure to MEP coordination preferred).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and services integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues at site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and knowledge of bye laws.
