We are hiring a new Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Interiors & Workplace (Gurgaon) , you will work along with the Design team. You will be responsible for quantifying, BOQ estimation, Area calculation of all materials, tendering, project cost control along with documentation related to project and compliance. experience of working on large Corporate Office Interiors is a plus. Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating BOQ & Cost Estimates based on designed drawings and prepare a detailed budget for the projects. You will do a market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations and arrive at accurate estimates You will need to be knowledgeable of vendors / suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection as needed. You will maintain all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards. Qualifications You are a QS professional with minimum 4-8 years of experience in the building construction industry. You have relevant experience of managing commercial /corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects. You have a diploma or degree in quantity surveying/ construction management or a related discipline. You have the knowledge of individual trades, vendors and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. Expertise in MS Excel as well as AutoCad is a must

We are currently hiring for the position of 3D visualizer for our Gurgaon office. Job Description : Create high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural designs, interiors. Work with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce photorealistic images and animations. Interpret 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards to develop realistic 3D representations. Create static visualizations and animations. Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to refine visuals and meet project requirements. Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. preparing excellent 3D views, rendering etc for Interior & Architectural Projects. Collaborate with design and architecture team. Qualifications Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in in Corporate Interiors Projects / Architectural Projects.
