Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at SWBI Architects Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the design and architectural domain. Your responsibilities will include preparing compelling presentations, collaborating with senior leaders, and engaging with potential clients to convert leads into opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare high-impact RFP submissions, pitch decks, and client presentations for design and architectural projects. - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand client requirements, project scope, and positioning strategies. - Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. - Effectively articulate SWBI's value proposition and capabilities to convert leads into opportunities. - Maintain and update the business development pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and closures. - Represent the firm professionally and clearly in client interactions. Qualification Required: - Excellent command over written and spoken English. - High level of comprehension to understand briefs, design intent, and client expectations quickly. - Strong presentation skills using software like PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent. - Proficiency in design software and tools. - Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
