Job Description: You are invited to join our growing design team in Gurgaon as a Mid & Senior Architect with 5-12 years of experience. Your role will involve leading and managing architectural projects, preparing GFC drawings, conducting client meetings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design integrity during site visits. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution. - Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. - Conduct regular client meetings to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for project alignment. - Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and maintain design integrity. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - 5-12 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery. - Proficiency in architectural software like AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings with attention to detail and aesthetics. - Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.,
