Site Supervisor

Job Summary As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Conduct quality control inspections Manage project documentation and reports Implement and enforce project schedules Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the home automation or technology sector. Strong technical understanding of home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, HVAC, and energy management solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. A passion for technology and a keen interest in the home automation industry.
