Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Pune. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating with project managers, architects, and the on-site team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing resources, and resolving any onsite issues.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Experience in overseeing construction sites and managing site operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in resource management and project coordination
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in sustainable building practices is a plus
