Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while maintaining safety regulations and efficient coordination between teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities. Ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and laborers. Monitor material usage and inventory on-site. Resolve any on-site issues and report progress to project managers. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per schedule. Maintain site records, reports, and daily logs. Enforce site health & safety rules at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or real estate projects. Good knowledge of construction methods and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage timelines.
