Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer, your job is to dream up imaginative use cases, make them real, and ensure they survive everything our users can throw at them. If solving complex challenges and fine-tuning infrastructure energizes you, it s time to join us. On the Job Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines across all backend and frontend services, ensuring they run smoothly and reliably. Design and implement scaling policies for all services and internal tools (e.g., Metabase, Kafka, Appsmith). Define IAM policies and Kubernetes roles to strike the right balance between usability and security. Monitor for and patch security vulnerabilities, staying a step ahead of potential threats. Participate in our on-call rotation to triage and resolve reliability issues in production. Review engineering design documents to ensure adherence to best practices in reliability, security, and scalability. Must-haves (Min. qualifications) 2+ years of experience working with AWS services. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using modern tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Experience working with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and understanding of container orchestration. A strong grasp of scaling strategies and compliance policies in public cloud environments. Good to have Prior experience working in fintech, payments, lending, or banking domains, with a focus on ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems. Hands-on experience with real-time analytics and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Presto, or ClickHouse, particularly in monitoring, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization. Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes), with strong understanding of microservices architecture and its operational implications. Proven track record of improving system observability, scalability, and resilience through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response practices. Contributor to open-source projects or active participant in SRE, DevOps, or cloud-native technology communities.
