As a Site Merchandiser, your key responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and executing online merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional banners, campaigns, and seasonal displays, analyze site traffic and sales data, optimize product placement and categorization, and work on product discoverability through keyword optimization. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce or retail merchandising. Strong understanding of online shopping behavior, proficiency in data analysis tools, and MS Excel, along with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a creative mindset focused on customer experience and conversion optimization are essential. Preferred skills include familiarity with Google Analytics, experience with Ecommerce management systems and ERP tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
