Role Overview:

The Site Executive is responsible for overseeing the on-ground execution of environmental art, signage, wallpaper, and graphics installations. This role ensures that design intent is maintained, quality standards are met, timelines are achieved, and all work is executed safely and efficiently in coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day installation of artworks, wall graphics, signages, frames, and vinyl applications.
• Coordinate between design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and ensure proper alignment with design drawings.
• Track site progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect all materials received on-site (vinyls, frames, signages, lights, fixings) for defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure installations follow approved samples, mock-ups, and design references.
• Conduct post-installation quality checks and snag reports.

3. Client & Vendor Interaction

• Act as the on-site representative of the company for client and consultant coordination.
• Liaise with general contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other trade partners to resolve site-level issues.
• Provide timely feedback on design adjustments or installation challenges.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily work logs, material usage reports, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare photo documentation of progress, completion, and before-after visuals.
• Assist in preparing site handover documents and snag rectification reports.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all installation work adheres to site safety protocols and OHSE standards.
• Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure compliance among teams.
• Report any incidents or unsafe practices immediately to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in environmental graphics, signage, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of materials like vinyl, acrylic, metal, MDF, and LED systems.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and installation layouts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and be stationed at project sites when required.
