Site Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing SOPs and daily monitoring of BAUs. Handling issues faced by L1, L2, and L3, checking and validating reports and porting files, interacting with clients for any issue/update/project matter, validating and checking GL reconciliation, ensuring compliance with Audit/VA/Appsec, and managing people including recruitment. You will also be required to provide onsite SOP for resolution of all issues and ensure zero escalation to Mumbai.
