Site Manager

You will be working as a Site Manager at Blueprint Interiors in Hyderabad, overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will be in charge of maintaining safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. Your role will require proven experience in construction site management and site inspection, strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, you should have knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ideally possess experience in the interior design or construction industry. A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction is preferred for this position. Your daily tasks will involve overseeing site work to ensure it aligns with design plans, collaborating with designers, contractors, and suppliers, managing work schedules, materials, and manpower, checking quality, safety, and standards on site, providing progress updates, and promptly addressing any site-related issues that may arise.,
