Job Overview: The Site Engineer will oversee high-rise construction projects, focusing on Mivan shuttering, RCC works, and finishing activities. The role involves ensuring quality standards, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project execution. Candidates should have hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the management and on-site teams. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day site activities for high-rise construction projects. Ensure efficient execution of construction activities, including Mivan shuttering and RCC works. Manage site resources, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow. Mivan Shuttering Expertise: Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mivan formwork for slab, wall, and column works. Check and ensure the quality and alignment of Mivan shuttering. Review and update formwork schedules to meet project timelines. RCC Work: Manage and supervise Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works, including mix design, pouring, and curing. Ensure adherence to structural drawings and quality standards. Perform inspections and tests on RCC work to maintain strength and durability. Finishing Work: Oversee finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, and other interior/exterior works. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks. Review finishing work for precision and compliance with specifications. Quality Assurance & Safety: Monitor and ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols. Conduct quality checks at every stage of construction to ensure compliance with project specifications. Implement corrective actions for any deviations or issues identified during quality checks. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation of site activities, progress, and challenges. Site Management: Ensure that the site is organized, clean, and compliant with environmental and safety standards. Supervise and train site laborers and subcontractors to ensure optimal productivity and quality. Resolve any on-site disputes or challenges promptly to avoid delays. Key Requirements - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience of 4 to 7yrs in construction site supervision and project execution. Oversee daily site operations, ensure quality standards, and manage resources. Effective communication and coordination with management, on-site and Billing team. Hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering and formwork technology. Strong knowledge of RCC structures and finishing works. Proficiency in quality control and project management practices.
