Site IT Manager

As the IT Manager at Sanand, you will be responsible for all IT applications and services on-site, including planning, implementation, and support of all IT systems and physical infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as availability for off-hour, weekend, and holiday coverage as per business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise teams of GSR, agency, and purchased service resources to ensure smooth IT operations at the site. - Manage PDC operations, NSC, Customer Relationship Center (CRC), and Chennai plant related operations. - Interact directly with business partners at all levels, including plant management, manufacturing directors, vendors, and employees. - Run and protect all IT services on-site, including data centers, network equipment, servers, PCs, mobile devices, and applications. - Support major business and IT initiatives such as New Model Program launches, upgrades, and end-user productivity launches. - Develop self and team by focusing on technical and leadership skill development and goal setting. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to IT security and data management. - Develop and manage the IT budget to implement cost-effective solutions. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and recommend innovative technologies for efficiency improvement. - Maintain a healthy relationship between IT teams and other cross-functional teams of the plant & plant management. - Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate IT teams. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline. Master's degree work in a related technical field is desirable. - **Work Experience:** 10+ years - **Technical Skills:** Cloud (GCP) / Server / Network Certifications preferred, ITIL / ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and availability Management, Data center infrastructure and operations, Project Management tools, Network topology, Network device management understanding, IT Cabling Knowledge & Plant networks: OA, MPN and CPN. - **Functional Skills:** Creative thinking, solid understanding of business processes and IT systems/processes, ability to balance numerous projects, drive root cause analysis, and work efficiently with diverse, cross-functional teams. - **Preferred Experience:** Experience in IT infrastructure and applications infrastructure in a complex manufacturing environment, program/project management, working within a large cross-functional organization, previous plant IT manager or manufacturing operations experience, working with non-IT functions. - **Behavioral/Leadership Skills:** Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills, ability to motivate and influence team members, maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT management.,
