Key Purpose of the Job:

• The key purpose is to optimize operational efficiency, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Major responsibilities:

• Competent to lead the operations team in handling Water Treatment plant operations including start Ups, shut downs and Shift management.

• Manage Operation of Pre treatment, Bilogical process, ETP, NF,RO EC, ZLD system with operation and Maintenance.

• Competent to take decisions for operation related issues on real time basis and to ensure Plant availability based on situation with positive attitude.

• Coordinate with maintenance departments for planned shutdowns & during unplanned outages for taking back in operations within target time.

• To ensure all equipment in working condition, timely information for corrective action, and to follow operation guide line given by Site manager and Maintenance manager.

• To strictly adhere to safety practices and norms.

• Manage Shift log sheet and Log book, chemical consumption, Production report, equipment failure and other report

• submit timely material stock and requriement to site head.

• ensure plant operation as per rated capacity, to ensure manpower attendance as per shift schedule, any deviation timely information to respective stakeholders at site and head office.

• Ensure O & M Team periodically, Code of conduct and discipline of site team to be as per Guide line, any deviation need to inform Site head and Head office.
