Site HR Officer

As the Site HR Officer at the project site in Surat, your primary responsibility is to manage and implement human resources functions. Your role includes ensuring compliance with company HR policies, supporting workforce planning, overseeing employee relations, and facilitating communication between site management and the corporate HR team. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and bring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support on-site personnel. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the on-site HR representative and point of contact for all employee-related matters - Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and local regulations - Support recruitment efforts including job description development, candidate screening, and onboarding - Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution - Coordinate site-based training and development initiatives - Maintain employee records, attendance, and site HR reports - Ensure health, safety, and labor law compliance in collaboration with HSE and site management teams - Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment at the project site Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role; site or project-based HR experience preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment - Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or railway industry is a strong advantage,
