Role Overview: As a Site Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading the sales operations of real estate projects. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end sales process, driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, and team hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential real estate sales, possess strong leadership abilities, and be an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), collections, and team expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed project sales targets. - Monitor and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure. - Ensure adherence to pricing policies, sales processes, and revenue goals. - Analyze market demographics, competition, and sales trends to refine strategies. - Lead and mentor the Sourcing Team and oversee the Closing Team. - Recruit, train, and expand the sales team as per business needs. - Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless post-sales support and timely collections. - Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, channel partners, and agencies. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. - Maintain and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, collection status, and market trends. - Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, collections, and hiring status. - Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards in sales transactions. Qualification Required: - Experience: 8-10 years in residential real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Education: MBA/Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Industry: Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
