As a Site Sales Head for the real estate projects, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless coordination between various teams. You should have a proven track record in residential real estate sales, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in CRM, collections, and team expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed project sales targets. - Monitor and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure. - Lead and mentor the Sourcing Team and oversee the Closing Team. - Recruit, train, and expand the sales team as per business needs. - Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless post-sales support and timely collections. - Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, channel partners, and agencies. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. - Maintain and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and market trends for strategic decision-making. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Experience: 8-10 years in residential real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Education: MBA/Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Industry: Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.,
