Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Site Head – Kitchen Operations. The Site Head will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, monitoring food quality, and implementing cost-control measures. The role also involves developing and executing operational strategies to enhance overall kitchen performance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen & site operations

Vendor & procurement management

Team leadership & shift planning

Client servicing & SLA adherence

Ensure FSSAI, fire safety, and hygiene compliance

Maintain operational reports and conduct audits

✅ Requirements:

4–5 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in food safety, vendor handling, and client-facing roles

Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
