Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Pune. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders. Key tasks include quality control, coordinating with civil engineers, and ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards. The role requires active on-site presence to manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Experience in On-Site project management and coordination
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge in Quality Control procedures to ensure standards are met
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering concepts and practices
• Background in Mechanical Engineering and related tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in construction or related industry is a plus
