Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new customer prospects in General Metal Finishing in assigned territories.
  • Map potential across key industries and assess commercial viability.
  • Coordinate with TSD team members for product trials, sample evaluations, and application testing.
  • Track the full sales funnel — manage active prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers across OEMs and Tier-1/2 suppliers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and contribute to zonal marketing intelligence.
  • Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve both

    volume and value targets and will report to the Zonal Head.


Qualifications

Technical qualification - B.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.E. (Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy) preferred.

Prior experience in Metal Finishing industry, or Specialty Chemicals or Lubricants. Candidates without prior experience shall not be considered.

Strong communication, analytical, and CRM skills.

Self-driven, aggressive, field-oriented, and capable of managing independent business pipelines. Should be willing to travel extensively.
