Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Supervision:

Interpret and ensure adherence to construction plans and drawings.
Prepare site reports, work schedules, and project feasibility studies.
Oversee construction activities, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors.

Site Management:

Manage and guide on-site labor and subcontractors.
Procure and manage the delivery of construction materials.
Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

Technical & Quality Assurance:

Provide technical advice and solutions for any challenges on-site.
Conduct quality checks, ensuring work meets specifications and standards.
Monitor lines and levels to maintain construction accuracy and integrity.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with authorities for necessary permits and approvals.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of project progress, materials used, and daily activities.
Prepare status reports for stakeholders and clients.
