About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Associate to support the planning, supervision, and execution of infrastructure projects related to clinic setups. The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering and be capable of handling on-site coordination, vendor management, and ensuring quality control across infrastructure tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the design, execution, and supervision of clinic construction and infrastructure setup.
•Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
•Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
•Prepare and maintain reports related to project progress, material usage, and site inspections.
•Support in procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory management.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infrastructure protocols.
•Attend review meetings and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in infrastructure or civil project coordination.
•Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
•Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project planning.
•Strong communication and site supervision skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
•Willingness to travel to project/clinic locations when needed.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
