Job Title: Solar Site Engineer

Location: Delhi / NCR / Noida / Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of solar power systems.
• Interpret and implement electrical and structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with DISCOM regulations, safety standards, and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, checklists, and handover files.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during and post-installation.
• Support post-installation service and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Solar, Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in commercial solar project execution.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and solar design tools (e.g., PVsyst).
• Understanding of DISCOM grid-connection procedures is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• MNRE/NISE/ NABCEP/ AEE Solar PV Installer Certification
• BTECH/ Diploma in SOLAR/ Renewable energy
• Electrical Supervisor License (optional but advantageous)

Salary Range

• ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience, skillset, and interview performance)
