Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer – Solar, located in Salem. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar power systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic setups. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project execution, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards, liaising with contractors, and monitoring project timelines. The Site Engineer will collaborate with various teams to manage the technical aspects of solar projects and address potential challenges on-site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems, with hands-on experience in managing solar projects.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in solar infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering fields is preferred.
• Freshers preferred.
