To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess 10-15 years of experience in Project Management or a related field. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD for design work, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, experience with pooling substations up to 230KV, knowledge of Substation Automation Systems (SAS), familiarity with 230KV switchyards, and proven expertise in managing and overseeing 50 MW solar power plants are essential skills required for this position.
