Site Engineer – Rooftop Solar 📍 Location: Mumbai, India 🧑🔧 Experience: 3–4 Years 🗣️ Language: Fluent in Marathi & Hindi/English 💼 Job Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: As per industry standards + travel allowances 🚀 Joining: Immediate preferred Key Responsibilities Supervise rooftop solar installations according to design and safety protocols Conduct site surveys and assessments; prepare BOQs and assist in system design Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and electricians Ensure quality control, safety, and timeline adherence Maintain project documentation and submit daily progress reports Troubleshoot technical issues during and after installation Liaise with clients and ensure effective communication Ensure compliance with regulatory norms (e.g., DISCOM, net metering) Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering 3–4 years’ experience in rooftop solar project execution Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical layouts (SLDs) Proficient in multimeters, site tools, and MS Office Fluent in Marathi; working knowledge of Hindi & English Willingness to travel across project sites Preferred / Good To Have Experience with net metering and government subsidy processes Certification in Solar PV installation (MNRE or equivalent) Skills: solar industry,multimeters,technical troubleshooting,solar pv systems,ms office,vendor & team coordination,troubleshooting & problem solving,site surveys,electrical engineering,boq preparation,safety protocols,energy engineering,single line diagrams (slds),multimeters, site tools, and ms office applications,communication,technical knowledge of solar pv systems,project documentation,quality control,mechanical engineering,electrical layouts Show more Show less
