Site Engineer (Solar EPC)

As a Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical) for Solar Projects at Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL), your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage various aspects of onsite solar projects in Jaipur. Founded in 2017 by IITians, SSSPL specializes in Solar OPEX/RESCO business models and has a significant presence in the solar energy sector with 42 MW of operational solar assets and over 500 MW+ of projects currently under construction. - Expedite project timelines to ensure timely project delivery - Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project - Manage project logistics effectively to support project execution You will be tasked with project management, inspection, and coordination with various stakeholders to guarantee successful project execution. It is essential to possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solar Site Engineer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing ground-mounted solar projects, including managing I&C Contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Expertise in project planning and execution of utility-scale solar projects, along with a strong understanding of solar plant operation and maintenance, is required. Effective communication and management skills are essential to engage with stakeholders and ensure optimal project delivery. You must exhibit strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, provide solutions, and monitor project performance. A positive work ethic, the ability to work well under pressure, and relevant project management experience in the solar industry, specifically with ground-mounted projects, are critical for success in this role.
