- Extensive knowledge in locality process and procedure to execute a project.
- Have a good understanding of construction and engineering technology
- Ability to work well under pressure Highly flexible & adaptable
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural workforce
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Must have good practical planning of resources
- I.T. literate must be able to use Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- With QA /QC background is mandatory
- communication with suppliers and subcontractors
- need to have a proper / solid understanding about tools and equipment and the capability to operate them
- Capability of understanding installation guidelines for interior fit-out disciplines and to instruct and supervise subcontractors
- Capability to conduct installation trainings to clients and subcontractors (training and introduction to our products will be given)
