Job Title: Site Engineer Department: Construction / Civil / Infrastructure / Projects Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer / Site Supervisor Job Location: Project Site (Field Job) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities. Interpret and execute project drawings, designs, and specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure timelines are met. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Maintain site reports, material logs, and labor records. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions. Conduct inspections and quality checks. Required Skills: Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Leadership and team coordination skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Good communication and reporting skills.
