Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities. Interpret and execute project drawings, designs, and specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure timelines are met. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Maintain site reports, material logs, and labor records. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions. Conduct inspections and quality checks. Required Skills: Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Leadership and team coordination skills.
