Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to oversee daily operations, plan workflow, and manage site activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Manage daily site operations, including supervising staff and contractors - Plan and coordinate workflow to meet project deadlines - Update daily progress reports and maintain accurate records - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met - Implement and maintain site safety protocols - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management - Proven track record of successful project delivery - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
