Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Vadodara. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, conducting inspections, supervising structural and civil engineering activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in On-Site operations and Quality Control
• Strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Effective Communication skills for client and team coordination
• Ability to lead and resolve challenges in dynamic work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in corrosion protection and industrial coatings is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software commonly used in engineering fieldwork
