Job Title - Site Engineer Location - Gurugram Sector 48 Experience - 3 Job Summary : Handle projects independently, under guidance of Principal Architect & in conjunction with Project Architect. To be responsible for handling the Project Site, Vendor handling & coordination, minor material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Project Architect wrt all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings. Roles and Responsiblity Must be able to read, understand and communicate all drawings to the Vendors / Labor. Work as a technical adviser to subcontractors, operatives, and crafts people with respect to the construction site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks. Check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get accurate calculation. Ensure that the quality of materials used is according to the expectations. Needs to oversee the requisition and selection of the materials. Monitor the contract documents such as managing, monitoring, and interpreting the design. Supervise the labour force and sub-contractors on day-to-day basis. Maintain quality control on the site. Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise in the site.
