Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Civil & Interior Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil construction and interior fit-out activities at the project site. The role ensures that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction and interior fit-out works on site
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and design intent
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance
• Monitor construction activities including structural works, finishes, and interior installations
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues at the site
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and as-built documentation
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and timely project delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in both civil construction and interior fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and interior drawings
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joinee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
