Overseeing the works being executed at site-ensuring quality and timely completion. • Coordination with various Contractors, Consultants, Client and act as Architect’s representative at site. • Documentation of all jobs, communication, etc. and to maintain files up to date. • Preparation of time schedules and follow-ups for timely completion of works. • Contractor’s Bill Checking. • Preparation and submission of daily, weekly as well as monthly reports along with photos to the intended person. • Preparation of check list for various types of jobs, obtaining approval from authorities and executing work based on it. • Analysis of quotes and prepare report
