We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing work at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure timely progress of work
Interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure accurate site execution
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship in compliance with project standards
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety practices
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records
Assist in quantity calculations, material planning, and measurement of executed work
Coordinate with consultants and senior engineers for technical clarifications
Identify site issues and propose effective technical solutions
Ensure work completion within approved timelines and budgets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Familiarity with site documentation and reporting
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in RCC, finishing works, and site supervision
Knowledge of basic quantity surveying and billing
Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
