Job Description

Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with architects and vendors, ensure quality standards, and handle daily execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with construction drawings, estimation, and planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret plans, sections, and elevation drawings
Coordinate with architects and Head Office on design and work-related issues
Execute work accurately based on the given dimensions and drawings
Monitor site progress and update daily reports
Supervise site execution and ensure quality control
Prepare job estimates and track material costs
Enforce health and safety compliance at the site
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and execution
Respond to site-related queries and concerns
Raise material indents and purchase requests
Develop work schedules based on BOQ
Communicate with stakeholders via email for RFIs and follow-ups
Maintain excellent written communication for coordination and reporting
