Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Engineer at our Mumbai location. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, manage site operations, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, conducting inspections for quality control, implementing site-specific project plans, and ensuring compliance with structural and engineering guidelines. You will work closely with civil engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of high-rise construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site operations and site supervision.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and other personnel.
• Experience in quality control to ensure adherence to construction standards and industry regulations.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Professional expertise in civil engineering for high-rise construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven work experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry 6-8 years
• Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainable construction techniques is an asset.
