Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in civil construction and site management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring project timelines, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Resolve technical issues and provide site-based solutions
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment effectively
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards
• Proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings
• Familiarity with construction management tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software
• Valid driving license (if site travel is required)
