Site Engineer

Mc Clelland Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly motivated and passionate Fresher Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in the field of incineration technology, thermal engineering, and hazardous waste management solutions. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and gain exposure to various aspects of mechanical design, procurement, production, quality control, project execution, and commissioning.
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the installation, commissioning, and supervision of mechanical equipment at client sites. The role involves coordination with vendors, assisting senior engineers, ensuring site readiness, and monitoring work progress to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.Supervise site activities related to installation and commissioning of incineration systemsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution of site workMonitor fabrication, assembly, and erection at workshops and client locationsEnsure that all work complies with safety, quality, and project standardsAssist with testing and troubleshooting during system startupMaintain daily work logs, site reports, and photo documentationCommunicate with clients regarding project schedules and technical queriesTravel to vendor locations or project sites as required

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
