Role & responsibilities

1. Growth / Financial / Budget Linked

Review and report based on project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

Adherence to budget. Milestones achieved within targeted timelines

2. Processes

Carry out construction technical evaluation to ensure execution as per Isprava quality standards

Create periodic reports for assigned projects, weekly project snapshots and action plan

Flag issues that will serve as potential roadblocks and find potential solutions to them

Adherence to Material, quality and security processes and checklists with duly filled

documentation

3. Customer Internal / External

Identify snags and guide contractors on correction methods, resolve site issues quickly and

effectively Coordinate with Construction Manager, Project Manager, Design Managers, Contractors, Laborers, etc. as necessary

4. Organizational Capacity and Culture

Initiatives to improve processes and build in efficiencies

Collaboration with project team and peers

Active participation in learning and development initiatives

Organization Culture, Living the values of Isprava In addition:

1. Maintain the dedication and honesty at site.

2. Leadership to be shown in all the work front and need to check each and every finishing

activity at micro level.

3. Must be a team player and always work to maintain the quality standards.

4. Will work under the Construction Manager - Site Operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma/B.E/B. Tech Civil

2. Experience 5-6 Years.

3. Sound Knowledge of Execution/ Finishing Work.

4. Should have knowledge of Handling over a project.

5. Must have experience in Villa/Apartments Construction.
