Job Summary:

Civil Engineer / Architect / Interior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hand-drawn sketches and detailed

  CAD drawings

  for layout planning and design approvals.
• Supervise and execute

  interior construction, renovation, and fit-out

  works.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure

  timely project execution

• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate

  site reports, measurements, and BOQs

  .
• Ensure

  cost control

  and adherence to design specifications.
• Liaise with facility and admin departments for project coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma

  in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design.
• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of relevant experience in

  interior fit-outs, commercial spaces, or renovation projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  , SketchUp, and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of

  materials, construction methods

  , and

  site supervision

  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Experience working in retail or corporate interior projects is preferred.
