Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee site activities, manage labor, and ensure timely project execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce. Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain daily site reports and documentation. Manage resources effectively to avoid delays. Resolve site-related issues and report progress to management. Travel to project sites as required (bike mandatory for mobility). Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience (freshers with strong technical k nowledge may also apply).
