Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with over 2 years of experience in residential construction projects to join our team in Vagamon, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring construction quality and safety, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining progress reports. Candidates with a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute daily construction activities at the residential project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, structural designs, and technical specifications.
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and update daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project management teams for smooth site operations.
• Oversee material procurement, storage, and usage to minimize wastage.
• Identify on-site issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction or similar civil site work.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and material specifications.
• Ability to manage teams and ensure timely completion of site activities.
• Two wheeler and license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
