Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction work on-site, managing labor efficiently, and handling billing processes related to the project. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and implement construction activities on-site according to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate labor force effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and manage bills, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation of site activities.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Identify and report any potential risks or delays on-site promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, labor management, and billing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools (preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
