We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction work on-site, managing labor efficiently, and handling billing processes related to the project. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and implement construction activities on-site according to project plans and specifications. Manage and coordinate labor force effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare, review, and manage bills, invoices, and related documentation accurately. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues. Maintain daily reports and documentation of site activities. Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines. Identify and report any potential risks or delays on-site promptly. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, labor management, and billing procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in using construction management software and tools (preferred). Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
