Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and/or interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to civil and/or interior works.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, site logs, and quality checklists.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
• Manage labor, materials, and site logistics effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards on site.
• Assist in quantity estimation, BOQs, and cost control.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of civil/interior detailing, execution, and materials.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
